The Honey Baked Ham Company

My previous experiences have been nothing but wonderful, but on 9/13/23, a young woman seemed a bit irritated I came in at 6:15 (closing time is 6:30) and ordered The Honeybaked & Tavern Club. I requested no tomatoes (since I am allergic) and had to scrape off the tomatoes when I got home and had to add my own condiments, because the sandwiches had no added mayo, honey mustard or sweet honey glaze. When you hire a younger staff it seems that their work ethic is non-existing. Work on training your employees the right way... I am extremely dissatisfied.

Horrible Christmas dinner, Don’t waste your time here I purchased the ham and turkey combo which I picked up the 24th to eat on the 25th. The ham had NO flavor it had little to no sugar glaze and tasted like a bland Walmart ham. Completely disappointed.

Since this is a restaurant/ food establishment you would think you would walk in and smell delicious ham and food, but you are met with the most horrible artificial fragrance smell like walking into a bath and body works. I went in for a ham bone and was ready to be upsold on turkey or ham, but I couldn't get out fast enough. The smells of cleaner or wall flowers or something did me in. Artificial fragrance causes allergies and endocrine system disruption and no one should be using them, but I expect them in certain places....just not where I go to get food. I hope you can find a fragrance free alternative. There is no bad smell that needs to be covered. This isn't a boys locker room. I sure will miss this place unless things change. Bummer.

Ordered for pickup, the young guy had no clue what he was doing because I had to explain it was a pickup... he put the wrong items in and now no one is able to fix the problem. 30+ years of getting products and this is customer service. They don't answer the phone so don't waste your time.

Worst food I have ever had in my life. The sides here are unedible. I will never return to honeybaked ham anywhere in the world. That's how bad it was. 45 years this was the worst Thanksgiving. I have ever had very disappointed in honey baked ham.
